Danish Puff

INGREDIENTS

First dough:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
2 TBL water

Second dough:

1 cup water
1/2 butter
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup flour
3 eggs
DIRECTIONS

First dough:

Cut butter into flour. Add water and form into a ball. Pat into pan.

Second dough:

Mix butter, water, and extract in kettle and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Beat in flour stirring quickly to prevent lumping. When smooth add eggs one at a time beating well. Spread evenlly over first dough. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Drizzle with icing.

Note: No directions were give for making the "icing." I assume an icing similiar to the icing for cinnamon rolls.
